tcllib (1.7-1) unstable; urgency=low


  * New upstream release (closes: #300805).
  * Patched Makefile.in so that the new "app" script, dtplite, gets
    installed relative to $DESTDIR (a detail that was apparently
    overlooked upstream).
  * Added code to debian/rules to set the file permissions properly, since
    upstream installer doesn't do so.
