Please sync tar 1.26+dfsg-5 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Resynchronise with Debian. Remaining changes:
- Fix build failure with glibc 2.16.
- Looks like applied in Debian now.
