Bug Description

Hello,

Tangerine crashes on boot because the session plug-in attempts to access the music folder too early in the boot process and can't - it barfs - tangerine aborts.

Making tangerine wait for a minute or two to boot solves the issue. In the sessions (Start Up Programs), point to a script that runs like a timer.
