It looks like the dependency problems started from gstreamer0.10-plugins-good which for some reason did not manage to pull in its libtag1c2a dependency.

Upon closer inspection, it looks like a multiarch installation of libtag1c2a was attempted, but taglib itself has not been converted to a multiarch package just yet. I'm reassigning this bug to taglib.
