Taglib causes crash

Bug Description

TagLib 1.9.1 has known bug: https://github.com/taglib/taglib/issues/308 Sometime it causes programs(clementine, amarok, qmmp and other with taglib usage) crash while reading tags.

Please, apply attached patch, or update taglib from git. Unfortunately, upstream is not released yet.

Taglib 1.10 fixes this bug and a lot of other real life crashers.
Imho it is worth to put a 1.10 to the default update repositories.
This will improve stability of almost all media players.

At Mixxx, we are considering to provide Taglib 1.10 via the app ppa in a same way like Ilya does.
We can avoid a possible minor versioning clash, if we had a single resource.
