Bug Description
Binary package hint: open-iscsi
Ubuntu 9.10
open-iscsi 2.0.870.1-0ubuntu12
/etc/init.
* Disconnecting iSCSI targets [ OK ]
* Stopping iSCSI initiator service [ OK ]
* Starting iSCSI initiator service iscsid [ OK ]
ln: target `/lib/init/
* Setting up iSCSI targets
This causes iscsid to be killed prematurely during shutdown and eventually causes the shutdown to hang.

I have the same issue. It seems that the removal of /etc/init. d/mountkernfs. sh introduced this problem.
