waitnfs.sh doesn't respect noauto setting

Bug Description

Binary package hint: initscripts

waitnfs.sh is blindly waiting for filesystems to mount based solely on the mount-point, and ignoring both the noauto option and the commented state of entries in /etc/fstab; this leads to an extended boot time as it waits for filesystems that will provably never be mounted.

I copied this from the corresponding check in mountnfs.sh.

Bugger.

Thanks for spotting this -- I actually wrote it right, but uploaded the wrong version (one that I'd removed these lines for testing in).
