Bug Description
this is very picky and paranoid, but please bear in mind that after the usual "...ok booting the kernel" the following message shows up:
* version 2.86 booting
that's deceving, an unexperienced user might think "kernel version 2.86 is booting"... needless to say, the abovementioned message should be something like:
* INIT version 2.86 booting
or, even better (more consistently):
* Starting INIT
ok, you are now entitled to tell me to keep my mouth shut and stop sending in silly bug reports till dapper goes live ;) regards, andre
