Opening Activity power settings makes changes and choosing different section asks to save or discard when i have not made any changes

Opening Activity power settings makes changes and choosing different section asks to save or discard when i have not made any changes

Open settings
Open Power management-> activity power settings
Choose different category
Get popup askng to save changes
But i didnt made any selections, so opening made them select something.
