Kubuntu SWITCH to next screen doesnt work

I made switch to next screen to be Meta+Ctrl+Right but doesnt work

Bug #2048173 is about soem other problem that MOVE window to next screen works, so both Switch and Move are about screen.

Bug #2048176 about nonexisting shortcut

Got it working in Bios changing options to default for fn keys.
I changed them so in windows fn would be off since it was on and f1-12 not working there.

All bugs can be duplicate for some fn bug if that is a bug.
