Bug Description

I have three 4k displays.
They are physically arranged as

DP-2 DP-0 DP-1

Before I upgraded to Kubuntu 21.X, things worked fine: I once arranged the displays on the "Display Configuration" window and the setting was correctly restored.

But once I updated to Kubuntu 21.X (originally from 19.10 I believe, then I used 20.04 and then upgraded to 21.X), this stopped working. The screen layout is reset on every reboot.

The default layout is DP-0 DP-1 DP-2 which doesn't match the physical layout
