Bug Description

Title says it.

Work-arounds of various types are not solutions. Therefore, I post this as bug report. It should not be too difficult for a developer to find out, why entering a (proposed) application is not stored, respectively not respected.

Description: Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS
Release: 18.04

systemsettings 4:5.12.7-0ubuntu0.1

I can confirm, that the descriptions as referred to are correct: It doesn't work in System Settings, and neither if effected in Chrome itself.
