1. Open System Settings
2. Press Ctrl+Q
Expected: System settings exits
Actual: Popup dialog appears, settings does not exit. Popup contents:
"The key sequence 'Ctrl+Q' is ambiguous. Use 'Configure Shortcuts'
from the 'Settings' menu to solve the ambiguity.
No action will be triggered."
