Most of Breeze icons are missing in systemsettings5

Please explain: what options selected on install, what changes you have made post install.

This was observed after update from 16.10. However I have managed to find source of this 'bug'. I have some additional breeze icons in ~/.local/share/icons/breeze. For some reasons (probably because this was needed at some point in the past) I also had corresponding 'index.theme' file placed in this directory. File from previous version of Breeze icon theme, which is a little different than current one. After removing this file everything works as expected.
