Bug Description
Using Kubuntu 15.10 32bit with no upgrades
$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 15.10
Release: 15.10
$ apt-cache policy systemsettings
systemsettings:
Installed: 4:5.4.2-0ubuntu1
Candidate: 4:5.4.2-0ubuntu1
Version table:

I opened System Settings -> Personalization -> Regional Settings -> Input method tab.
When I uncheck "Only Show Current Language", the System Settings crashes!
It should've populated all the keyboard layouts in the "Available Input Method" list.

I found a workaround to this crash...
It involves writing the layout name in the search field before unchecking the checkbox.
I knew that I wanted Unijoy layout. So:
1. I opened the Input method settings (System Settings -> Personalization -> Regional Settings -> Input method tab)
2. Before unchecking, I wrote "unijoy" in the search box just below "Available Input Method" (I had to install fcitx-m17n for unijoy layout.)
3. I unchecked the checkbox, and I found the layout I was looking for!
