tests-in-lxd is broken with latest autopkgtest version

[Impact]

With autopkgtest 5.32 being SRU'd to Jammy[1], `tests-in-lxd` breaks because it can't patch `autopkgtest-build-lxd` anymore.

Please find a debdiff attached to fix that issue.

[Test plan]

Inspect the autopkgtest logs, e.g. the relevant run from https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/packages/systemd/jammy/amd64, and check that tests-in-lxd ran successfully.

[Where problems could occur]

The patch is contained to debian/tests/tests-in-lxd, so any related problems would also be contained to that specific test.

Ubuntu 23.10 (Mantic Minotaur) has reached end of life, so this bug will not be fixed for that specific release.

Accepted systemd into jammy-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/systemd/249.11-0ubuntu3.13 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

The autopkgtest run overall fails due an existing failure in networkd-test.py, but that is unrelated. Unfortunately that test comes and goes in flaky-ness.
