Bug Description

I want to user a time server with IPv4, but systemd-timesyncd only asks for DNS AAAA records.
see the appended screenshot with a wireshark trace.
the /etc/gai.conf file is ignored.

after powering down and up all devices DNS is working again with IPv4 resolution
