Incorrect username for systemd-journal-upload.service

Starting the systemd-journal-upload service fails. The username specified in the Ubuntu systemd-journal-upload.service does not exist after the systemd-journal-remote package is installed.

If this is still relevant, can you share the output from the failed service? The systemd-journal-upload.service unit should have DynamicUser=yes, which should take care of the user at runtime (i.e. I would not expect to see systemd-journal-upload listed in /etc/passwd).
