Bug Description

According to https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/11626 this is fixed in version 248 of systemd.

Please make that version available to LTS 20.04.3

I marked it invalid for Ubuntu One SSO because it is NOT an Ubuntu One SSO issue. The systemd task is still filed/active, for that project's bug triagers to look at.

The fix referenced upstream is included in Jammy and newer. At the moment I do not see a need to SRU this to Focal.
