I just installed the 19.10 server iso and the machine doesn't use the DNS server provided through DHCP.

As a workaround I had to:
$ sudo rm /etc/resolv.conf
$ sudo ln -s /run/systemd/resolve/resolv.conf /etc/resolv.conf
