Bug Description
I'm testing Ubuntu 16.04 upgraded from Ubuntu 15.10 instalation.
I received a kernel panic on boot using kernel 4.4.0.11-generic and 4.4.0.12-generic.
Now I using 4.2.0-30-generic as workaround.

This was fixed in xenial, udev's prerm now understands the "deconfigure" action. Unfortunately we can't retroactively fix the broken one in wily.
