Bug Description

I am having issues while shutting down my Ubuntu 15.04 machine when ISCSI LUNs are connected to machine. I have checked kern.log, boot.log and journalctl -b , journalctl -b -1 but it does not indicate or show errors which faced at reboot. So I have attached the screenshot of the error message. I have tried sync && reboot -f and it works fine and system reboots. I am running 3.19-22 kernel with Xen Hypervisor.
