need to restart network-manager after resume from suspend

possibly related to bug #1289884 , but when i resume from suspend none of my interfaces (wireless, wired usb, bluetooth connection) are visibile to network-manager until i restart it.

NetworkManager seems to have been restarted quite fast after the resume from suspend, but this really looks like the issue we've had with the systemd logind proxy for the PrepareSleep method.

Reassigning to systemd.

'sudo restart network-manager' works for me not sure why systemd fingured?

Bug still persist in current utopic beta. It is extremely annoying and I do not imagine a situation the utopic will be released without fixing it.
