This section describes errors and how to address them.
If a printer problem occurs
When the message "A printer error has occurred." is displayed, perform the operation described below.
If error number "B200" is displayed
Turn off the printer, and unplug the power cord of the printer from the power supply.
Contact the service center.
If error number "5100" is displayed
1) Check whether anything is blocking the movement of the FINE Cartridge Holder.
2) Cancel printing, and turn off the printer.
3) Then clear the paper jam or foreign object that is preventing the FINE Cartridge Holder from moving, and turn on the printer again.
Be careful not to touch the components inside the printer. The printer may not print out properly if you touch it.
If the problem is not resolved, contact the service center.
Other occasion
1) Turn off the printer, and unplug the power cord of the printer from the power supply.
2) Plug the printer back in and turn the printer back on.
If the problem is not resolved, contact the service center.
