Shouldn't look up python in path

Bug Description

Binary package hint: system-config-printer-gnome

/usr/share/system-config-printer/system-config-printer.py uses #!/usr/bin/env python on the shebang line. If you've installed a newer version of Python than what Ubuntu provides (2.6 in this case, in /opt/Python-2.6 where it shouldn't clash with the distribution packages) and have put it first in your path, running the printer configuration tool from GNOME menus results in an error message in ~/.xsession-errors and no user visible indication of what went wrong.

Using /usr/bin/python instead of /usr/bin/env would solve this problem.

This is with Ubuntu 8.10. The package version is 1.0.5+git20080819-0ubuntu6.

Fixed in a96413ce495967302c290a98b368dee8f945a905 tags/1.2.4~22, so since system-config-printer 1.2.3+20100723-0ubuntu4 in Ubuntu 10.10 or higher.
