The operating system does not print out when using Turkish language

Hey there,

There are 2 printers in my office. First 1536dnf HP LaserJet MFP and second HP LaserJet Professional M1217nfw MFP.
I can use the scanner feature of both devices.
After starting a problem Ubuntu 14.04. The same problems they have in 14.10 and 15.04
While the operating system is English language, the printer can print text.
While the operating system is Turkish language, the printer does not print.

I got the following results with the command hp-testpage.

Thank you for submitting this bug and reporting a problem with the system-config-printer package. You made this bug report in 2015 and Ubuntu and the system-config-printer package have been updated since then.

Could you confirm that this is no longer a problem and that we can close the ticket?
If it is still a problem, are you still interested in finding a solution to this bug?
If you are, could you let us know and, in the current version, could you run the following (only once):
apport-collect 1460936
and upload the updated logs and and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.
