Binary package hint: system-
It'd be a nice feature to be able to partition drives by percentage. e.g. 50% to / and 50% to /home or something like that

I don't think that the underlying functionality in Kickstart exists to provide percentage-based partitioning. IMHO, that should be a prerequisite to enabling this in the system- config- kickstart interface.
