sysnews (0.9-18) unstable; urgency=medium

  * QA upload.
  * Reset maintainer field to the Debian QA Group.
  * Declare that sysnews requires (fake)root for building (due to
    static non-root:root ownership).
  * Comment out old Vcs fields pointing to Alioth now that Alioth
    has been decommissioned.
  * Rewrite d/rules to use override targets instead of deprecated
    manual sequence control commands.
  * Bump debhelper compat to 11.
  * Use https:// url in d/watch.
