Bug Description
Normal (previous) behaviour on booting a thin client at 192.168.1.128 is that after dhcp and tftp are found it states:
TFTP prefix: /ltsp/i386
Trying to load: pxelinux.
Trying to load: pxelinux.
Trying to load: pxelinux.
Trying to load: pxelinux.cfg/C0A801
...
Trying to load: pxelinux.cfg/0
whereupon it boots successfully.
Update to Karmic and new ltsp-build-client gives this on the thin client:
TFTP prefix: /ltsp/i386
Trying to load: pxelinux.
and then it hangs on this line, it never looks for the actual MAC address.
affects: | ltsp (Ubuntu) → syslinux (Ubuntu) |

What is your version of the syslinux package?
dpkg -l syslinux
If this happens to you with the latest version of syslinux (currently 2:3.63+ dfsg-2ubuntu3) ,
and it doesn't happen if you use an earlier version (e.g. trying copying pxelinux.0 from Jaunty),
then you should report this bug to the syslinux package, not in ltsp. Thanks!
