Bug Description

The system is original Ubuntu 18.04 Desktop installer, built on 20180426

Before boot, I switched to Hungary(Magyar) language, and the "expert mode", to write the required kernel parameters (video=SVIDEO-1:d).
I wanted to use CapsLock to enter the uppercase part(SVIDEO), but i got this: vidEo
When I switched back to Englis, the capslock working fine. I can write SVIDEO without pressing shift.

Please check and repair this bug!

Before boot, after selecting F2 hungarian language I entered F6 expert mode kernel parameters using CapsLock using qwErty. Only the letter e became large. Same thing happens with the writer of the bugreport. Boot image attached. Thanks, Peter
