sysdig fails to build for 4.18 kernels. That affects hwe-edge kernels on bionic as well.

[Test case]
Test that the module builds for 4.18 and 4.15 kernels.

The module won't build for older kernels. Tested for 4.15 kernels.

Accepted sysdig into bionic-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/sysdig/0.19.1-1ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
