Using synergy vlc fullscreen menu doesnt come up

Using quick-synergy and opening on host comp vlc playing video not maximized doesnt shows mouse pointer in VLC video screen area. Out side it mouse pointer is rendered.
&
Then making VLC fullscreen and moving mouse to other comp and back makes vlc fullscreen menu doesnt show up.

I too am having this problem. I have noticed that it is almost instant from turning synergy on to the mouse not working properly with VLC.

This is on:
Ubuntu 10.04
Synergy 1.3.1-6ubuntu1
QuickSynergy 0.9-1

I have the same problem. Is anyone even still working on it? Losing the visibility of the mouse all the time really is annoying...
