Bug Description
Binary package hint: synergy
When the focus is on a client computer, the server does not lock the screen / goes idle if let alone for the required period of time.
You can still use the mouse and keybord on the client, but when you come back on the server, the unlock screen appears.
you have to input your password twice to get back to your desktop.
Steps to reproduce:
- install synergy on two computers using the official repos
- set the server to start the screensaver after 1 minute and tick "lock screen when screensaver is active"
- configure the client to wait a longer period of time before going idle.
- by using the mouse and keyboard of the client, go on the server screen.
- wait more than one minute
right now you can see the server did not start the screensaver and you can still use its mouse and keyboard.
- use the mouse to give focus back to the server
- watch your screensaver starting.
- wake up the client, input your password
Now you can see that right after you wen back to the server desktop, the screensaver will immediatly start again.
