Can not export my Tasks and memos.
Calendar and contacts export works!

Adding remove caldav task connection with syncevolution works fine on my Aquaris with these commands:

However, the tasks do not appear in the tasks app!

Shouldn't the task app use the same local database as syncevolution by default? Is there a workaround to enable this?

Do you use Thunderbird + Lightning ? Could you try to create a note / memo / task from it and tell me which database is set?

I get the impression that the reason for this "lack of synchronization" is that Ubuntu's "Tasks" app does not actually use the system-task-list but rather its own list somewhere else.

Indeed, after synchronization, running syncevolution --print-items backend=evolution-tasks on the phone does show all the tasks that I had in my caldav repository.

Or maybe there is some other task app than the built-in one available, which uses the system task list instead?

Owncloud synchronization with calendar, contatcs : well funtionning.
Task is malfunctional ( no complete synchronization), but the external data (into UT) is in ics file (.local/share/evolution/tasks/system/tasks.ics).
How update or copy (convert) the ics in your sqlite database. Here 98db8704aaadd1aeebba01b42bf4d270.sqlite file ('Tasks' UT app)

This is also an issue on the Meizu Pro 5. I can sync to my Nextcloud tasks; however they do not show up on my Ubuntu-touch task list

This also affects contacts on Ubuntu Phone using baikal. Synchronization works fine with Thunderbird an SoGO. But changes do not appear on the Phone. Also changes are made on the phone won't be visible on baikal or Thunderbird. Even if database of Ubuntu Phone is empty and doing a first complete synchronization not all contacts will appear on the handset. But deleting an item on Thunderbird and doing a synchonization with the handset will bring the item back to thunderbird. After synchronizing forward and backward (syncevolution displays changes that has been done) no changes will be visible on the handset. Even deleting all the contacts on the phone and doing a fresh synchronization will not bring the entire data to the screen of the handset.
