Update Manager does not support copy of Details text

Bug Description

The "Update Manager" program displays a "Changes Applied" dialog after updates have been processed. This dialog has a "Details" drop down that displays the APT output in a pseudo-console looking control. Problem; while this console window allows the operator to select the text content, there is no way to copy the text.

The ability to copy the text from this control would facilitate bug reporting of package management problems.

This is a low priority; get Feisty done first, and thanks for Ubuntu. :)

You can copy select the text with the mouse and paste it using the middle mouse button, or by pressing both buttons.

I think we should add a "Copy" button for this.

I wanted to do that many, many times. I could never get Markus' method working. I can select the text (by dragging the mouse over it and left-clicking), but trying to paste into gedit only pastes in what was previously in the paste buffer, or nothing (if there was nothing there). It seems either it's not getting copied into the buffer for me.

Really some method to do it would be a boon.

I found that treating it like an old console did work.
Select with the mouse, and then
Copy: Control+Insert
Paste: Shift+Insert

I'd still like to see a button added, though.
