Bug Description
Binary package hint: synaptic
If I remove one or more packages from synaptic, synaptic removes the packages and will notify me that the packages were removed. When I press the close button of this information window, synaptic itself crashes. Some details:
rick@rickubuntu:~$ sudo synaptic
(synaptic:5686): libglade-WARNING **: Error loading image: Failed to open file '/usr/share/
(synaptic:5686): libglade-WARNING **: could not convert string to type `GdkPixbuf' for property `pixbuf'
(synaptic:5686): libglade-WARNING **: Couldn't find image file: system-upgrade
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Thanks for your bugreport.
Can you reproduce this problem (i.e. does it always crash)? If so, could you please try to obtain a gdb backtrace (https:/ /wiki.ubuntu. com/Backtrace).
Thanks,
Michael
