Bug Description
Binary package hint: synaptic
When browsing the packages with synaptic, the Ctrl+A/ select all keyboard shortcut is enabled, but useless:
1) When selecting all packages, only the description of the last one is shown
2) When pressing Space to select/deselect the ones selected, only the last item selected with the mouse will be marked/unmarked.
The select all can cause confusion, the shortcut should not be available.
