Bug Description

I needed tora package with Oracle support, so I've downloaded source package for tora and recompiled it with support for Oracle. Now update-manager wants to update tora from repository. So I tried to lock version of tora, to the one I have. Without success.

I start synaptic, select tora package, go to "Package" menu and select "Lock Version". Synaptic works for about a second and then segfaults. Running from console gives me this output:

dino@pcbilski:~$ synaptic

(synaptic:19282): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_tree_model_get_iter: assertion `GTK_IS_TREE_MODEL (tree_model)' failed

(synaptic:19282): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_tree_model_get: assertion `GTK_IS_TREE_MODEL (tree_model)' failed
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Same thing happens when I run synaptic as root.

Can confirm this with any package, but I think this is a duplicate of Bug #67146.

Properly closing.
