Bug Description
Binary package hint: synaptic
Release of Ubuntu: 10.10
Package Version: 0.63.1ubuntu13
When the changelog of a package is not yet available in changelogs.
"The list of changes is not available yet.
Please use http://
until the changes become available or try again later."
Problem: The link doesn't take the eventual epoch for the package, exemple of xorg-server: the previous link is invalid, and should be: http://
Synaptic should take epoch into account when displaying links to launchpad.
