Synaptic link to changelogs when not available directly are wrong

When the changelog of a package is not yet available in changelogs.ubuntu.com, Synaptic gives a message and a link to launchpad for reading it:

"The list of changes is not available yet.

Please use http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg-server/1.9.0-0ubuntu2/+changelog
until the changes become available or try again later."

Problem: The link doesn't take the eventual epoch for the package, exemple of xorg-server: the previous link is invalid, and should be: http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg-server/2:1.9.0-0ubuntu2/+changelog which is the valid one.

Synaptic should take epoch into account when displaying links to launchpad.
