The "quick search" text box looks weird when the toolbar is set to something diferent then "Text Bellow Icons"

The "quick search" text box plus the "quick search" label are too big for the toolbar when the toolbar is set to something different then "Text Bellow Icons". As shown, compared to the Nautilus toolbar, in the screenshot.

Well, I have to say this has been annoying me for months too. Is there a bug report about this upstream?

Looking for screenshots from upstream, this feature doesn't seem to be present. Also, I notice that the Ubuntu Help application does the search field the right way (as you can see from the screenshot).
