Bug Description
The warning message about "Synaptic started with privileges of root..." appears at odd times. In particular, it appears when *exiting* Synaptic, which doesn't make sense to me.
(I understand that I can tick the "don't show me this again" box, but leave it unticked to see when the warning actually does appear).

We have removed this message from gksu in the most recent version of gksu in dapper. I'll close the bug therefore, please reopen if it isn't fixed for you.
