Bug Description
1. Open Synaptic
2. Select an entry in the list view
3. Press the down arrow until only a small part of the selection is visible
What should happen is that the list view scrolls down so that the selected row
is always fully visible. I don't think it should scroll down one page at a time
either like it does now. Instead it should just scroll one row at a time. This
is Synaptic 0.56
