Synaptic can't sort package names backwards

Bug Description

Binary package hint: synaptic

Synaptic will only sort package names alphabetically from A->Z. When the sorter bar is clicked again, it doesn't sort from Z->A like it should. Screenshot follows.

I can confirm this with synaptic 0.61ubuntu5 on Hardy
