Bug Description

When click on "Reload" button using synaptic package manager, the following error messages displayed.
it looks as the package name is changed.
The package name in the following path (http://de.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/xenial-updates/restricted/dep11/) is called "Components-i386.yml.gz" and when manually unzip the "Components-i386.yml.gz", there is another file named ""Components-i386.yml.gz.new". I think the name of the package is changed.
