Synaptic frontend only in english

Since yesterday , synaptic gui is only in english.
language-pack-gnome-de-base 1:18.04+20180118 is installed

I am going to assume you are running Ubuntu bionic, which would make this a duplicate of bug 1760515. If you are running an earlier Ubuntu release, let me know.

Sorry,
but I think my bug report was one day earlier, so I could not find the
other one (1760515).
Hence for me its not duplicate.

Second, I thought apport is only usable when a crash occurs.
I will read on this topic for further bugs.
