With dbus 1.6.12-0ubuntu5 synaptic is very slow to open

This shows in .cache/upstart/gnome-session.log

If opening 'repositories' from synaptic same deal, very slow to open & logs this

Adding dbus because it also affects other things like -
 opening a root terminal & running an app from like nautilus, gedit, ect.
 using gksu <some app>
using gdebi
