Bug Description
I'm attaching a patch that makes the help build easier and more standardized by using yelp-tools.
I had a little bit of trouble with the Help>Contents button not working reliably.
Can we just use gtk_show_uri instead of cmd.push_back?

Speaking of help, it looks like http:// bugs.debian. org/670961 regressed as http:// bugs.debian. org/701665 because it wasn't fixed in the 0.80 series.
