Bug Description

I'm attaching a patch that makes the help build easier and more standardized by using yelp-tools.

I had a little bit of trouble with the Help>Contents button not working reliably.
Can we just use gtk_show_uri instead of cmd.push_back?

Speaking of help, it looks like http://bugs.debian.org/670961 regressed as http://bugs.debian.org/701665 because it wasn't fixed in the 0.80 series.

Hello Jeremy,
Thank you for submitting this bug and reporting a problem with synaptic. You made this bug report some time ago and Ubuntu has been updated since then.

Could you confirm that this is no longer a problem and that we can close the ticket?
If it is still a problem, are you still interested in finding a solution to this bug?
If you are, could you let us know, and in the current version, run the following (only once):
apport-collect BUGNUMBER
and upload the updated logs and and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.

Thank you again for helping make Ubuntu better.

Further to comment #2, seems to have been fixed in Debian and
later Ubuntu since 2017 so closing as being fixed.
