finished dialog always at the first workspace

The finished dialog is always created at the first workspace, it does not matter where the main window is.

1. Move synaptic window to e.g. second workspace
2. Update/Remove/Add any package and confirm the change.
3. Wait until the change is applied
4. The finished dialog is created at the first workspace

Expected behaviour:
4. The finished dialog is created at the second workspace

This bug is fixed in the current version of ubuntu 14.04
