Bug Description

The bug exists on 13.04 Raring Ringtail beta, seems like synaptic can't handle packages that have remaining config (simply removed, not purged), and are already removed from the repositories (e.g.: linux-image-3.8.0.14-generic). In this situation, even clicking on the name of such a package causes a crash. It can be easily reproduced.
